Soul retrieval is the ancient shamanic art of aiding the soul or spirit of an individual that may have fragmented due to trauma, illness or abuse.
Modern psychology calls this disassociation. When trauma occurs we must find a way to get through it. This coping mechanism is called soul loss.
Soul loss is normal. It is our soul/spirit’s way of protecting us and allowing us to survive trauma.
Symptoms of soul loss include: chronic illness, depression, feelings of being unable to “get it together” and we often hear people say “I haven’t felt the same since….”.
Soul loss occurs due to accidents, war, domestic abuse, child abuse, sexual abuse, operations, falls, broken relationships and more.
How Does a Soul Retrieval Work?
A shaman will use a technique called journeying. This will allow the shaman to consult her spirit guides who will then do the work. The shaman acts as the “hollow bone” or the tool for the soul retrieval.
The shaman will search the spirit world for the lost soul parts and return them to their source.
You will hear quiet drumming, rattling and feel a gentle blowing of the returned soul parts into the crown of your head.
The shaman will give you direction on celebrating and integrating the return of the complete you!
This is profound spirit work that has been practiced for over 40,000 years.
If you would like to discuss this practice as possibility for your healing, please contact me at 603-986-2301, or send me an email message using the link on the right of the screen.
After an initial conversation you will meet with me and I can answer any questions you may have. A soul retrieval session generally takes between one to two hours. The rate for the session is $100.00 per hour.
I encourage community support during your soul retrieval and healing. Please feel free to bring family or friends to your session.
