Everyone has this “sixth sense” to a certain degree. Some people are more naturally gifted in this realm than others, just as some people have a greater talent for music than others. But everyone can learn to improve their psychic and intuitive abilities. In recent years, many psychic researchers have developed techniques for awakening and sensitizing these abilities.
Heather-Rose Ryan, trained psychic and longtime student of metaphysics, has developed a series of six intensive workshops dedicated to providing beginners with a firm grounding in the techniques they need to enhance their psychic abilities and improve their intuition. In this, the first workshop of the series, she will explain the way psychic development works and will provide several techniques to get you started. She will lead you in meditations that will help you to create your own “intuitive space” and get in touch with your deepest intuition. She will also provide in-depth instruction in grounding, clearing, and protecting yourself from unwanted energies and negativity. This is essential knowledge for psychic-development work, and is especially helpful for those who have to deal with the public daily - for example, those who work in the healing professions, retail, and sales. But it is useful for everyone in their daily lives, whether driving on a highway, communicating with difficult people, or focusing on a creative project.
